With monthly drop-in sessions, held virtually, we’re here to answer any questions your team might have. Whether it’s about the course content or a tricky assessment problem, you’ll have direct access to our team of experts. And we know how busy things can get, so we record all our session in case you can’t attend live.
The Help Desk isn’t just a support service; it’s an ongoing conversation to ensure that your team gets the most out of their training. We don’t believe in leaving you to figure things out on your own—learning is continuous, and we’re with you every step of the way.
We run 4 Help Desk sessions each month based on:
- EPA
- Awarding
- Regulation and Compliance
- Item Writing.
You’ll automatically get access to the appropriate helpdesk for your course or courses.
Each helpdesk also has a Telegram group where you can post any questions ahead of time (and watch replays.) You can even email your anonymous ahead of the session if you'd like some annonymous support.
