We’ve worked with Sarah now for nearly 3 years and we wouldn’t be where we are today without her guidance, input and support.   She’s worked with us on several apprenticeship standards (from level 3 to level 7), patiently picking apart and helping us to make sense of the challenges within the assessment plans, supporting us with the development and review of resources and question banks, as well as keeping us on track with creating a number multiple choice test papers.

We’ve recently started to work with Sarah and her colleague, Jacky, through ProAssess, leaning on Jackie in particular for third party review of final versions of our assessment materials for a last check and challenge before going live.  Both Sarah and Jackie have been brilliant, super reliable, supportive and honest, providing constructive feedback and guidance where it’s needed.

Although we work with Sarah on a consultancy basis, it feels like she is always there behind the scenes for us and feels like part of the team.  She has often jumped on a call to help us with something at short notice, (a request for information by Ofqual, for example) or to help us to meet a looming deadline.  She always gets straight back to us, even though she’s often juggling multiple clients and projects.  Thanks so much Sarah, and Jackie, we look forward to continuing to work with you both as we move into our next stage of growth at Marshall Assessment.
